CRM Analyst - Retail

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £25-35,000 + bonus + benefits

The Loyalty Scheme Personalisation Insights team have three core objectives; to understand the customer through great insight, to turn insight into personalised communications and to analyse the impact of that activity. Our market leading Client mix data science and CRM skills to build innovative campaigns which show they really know their customers. We are seeking a number of indviduals with a passion for this area of work with heaps of potential for the future.

The role:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer and the ability to turn this into insights
Be an expert in the use of data and customer personalisation tools in order to develop and deliver innovative personalised customer communications through multiple channels e-commerce, in-store, digital or postal offers
Be an expert in understanding the impact of personalised communication activity and working with brand partners to constantly improve business results

The person:

Degree educated or equivalent
Knowledge of manipulating large data sets through SQL or similar to draw insights
Experience of customer targeting, campaign building using tools such as Unica campaign or equivalent
Practiced in drawing conclusions from insights, presenting to partners who may not be analytical-minded or data savvy
Ability to plan and structure workload, collaboratively delivering under pressure and to deadlines
An inquisitive and creative problem solver, bringing together partner needs and your knowledge to develop innovative solutions to meet our customer aims
Able to own your development, always aiming to improve both yourself and others

Ability to influence the business through engaging communication skills
