A global law firm are looking to recruit a CRM Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to further develop your career in CRM. To be considered for this role you must have previous CRM experience You will need to be organised, efficient, and enjoy working with systems – as you will need to operate and develop the CRM system and become the systems super user. However, this experience does not have to be from a heavily technical or IT perspective.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Reporting on data for the firm’s events in collaboration with the Events Executive, and communications such as newsletters in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager
  • Co-ordinating mailings of newsletters and events
  • Extracting data and preparing reports and statistics 
  • Increasing the quality of data through research
