Specific attributes we are looking for are:

  • CRM experience
  • Previous admin roles / data input
  • Confident calling existing / new customers
  • Ability to focus on tasks with attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Computer literacy - PC based

Essential Requirements:

  • CRM experience
  • English Speaking
  • Previous experience and a practical understanding of data input
  • Previous experience and good level of proficiency in administration
  • Experience with Excel and Word
  • A high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Attention to detail
  • Lives in the UK
