You will work with a caseload of 50, providing one to one support. Your caseload will consist of low-high level risk ex-offenders i.e. sex offenders – so you need to be confident, and adaptable to challenging situations. There are a range of targets to work to, such as job starts, short courses, work experience, vocational training or general support measures, so you also need to be goal and target motivated with the ability to work independently.
Please note that you will cover the Hereford & Worcester hubs, so you need to be flexible with travelling, and you MUST have access to your own vehicle.
To apply, you must have worked within the Employment Services sector as an Employment Advisor, Employment Consultant, Job Coach, or an Employer Engagement staff looking for a slight change.
