You will form an integral and senior part of a high performing yet quickly expanding Criminal team, well known for their excellent success rates. The role will encompass mainly defending but also pursuing disputes and you will be expected to handle a diverse caseload. The duty Criminal Solicitor will attend clients at police stations and Magistrates' Courts including some out of hours work.
You must be a qualified solicitor with criminal defence experience. Your communication skills will be excellent, and you will have strong advocacy skills. As a forward-thinking person, you will help shape a department which at some point in the short term you could be the head of.
