Duty Criminal Solicitor - Buckinghamshire

A new opportunity has arisen within a reputable, expanding firm of Solicitors for a Duty Qualified Criminal Solicitor.

The Role

This opportunity is for a Solicitor to come on board to deal with matters at police stations and courts on a duty basis.

The ideal candidate will be required to:

- Manage their own workload of files completely independently

- Accurately record all time spent

- Always act in the best interest of the client

- Meet income and time recording targets

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience working as a Solicitor for a reputable Crime team, handling a range of matters including robbery, murder, fraud and assault. Candidates will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Police Station Accreditation

- Duty Qualification

- Higher rights of Audience desirable

- A strong amount of experience working independently on a caseload

- Ability to work well with others

- Excellent client care skills

- Strong communication skills
