Our client, a top ranks Derbyshire firm based in the heart of the vibrant town of Chesterfield is looking to recruit a Criminal Duty Solicitor to join a dedicated and ambitious team on a full time permanent basis.
This opportunity will allow the Duty Solicitor to showcase their skills by running a full caseload of publically funded Criminal work. Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate must have experience managing and supervising trainees and paralegals.
Applications for this Crime Duty Solicitor will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent who are Duty qualified, have gained significant experience dealing with all aspects of Criminal law and will ideally have gained the higher rights of advocacy qualification although this is not an essential requirement.
Ideally the Duty Solicitor will have a pro-active approach and will be client focused. Experience of business development will be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Crime Duty Solicitor to join this vibrant team on a full time permanent basis.
