Crew Co-Ordinator \ Logistic Admin
Pinnacle Crew are a fast paced crewing company operating in the corporate events industry. We provide crew members and technicians to 000's of events throughout the UK and Europe every year.
We are looking for a highly experienced individual with previous experience of scheduling and/or logistical administration skills. The role is a spit based shift pattern with early and late duties required (08.30- 16.30 and 10.30 - 19.30). There is a requirement to be on call every other weekend via mobile access to our system. You will be responsible for dealing with all our clients requirements, excellent email communication skills and the ability to multi task are a must. You will be heavily involved on a day to day basis with our operational teams on site so excellent interpersonal skills are also required. This is a demanding role which would suit someone who is used to daily challenges in their current position, you must be able to demonstrate a clear and precise way of thinking and be able to adapt to changes throughout the working day.
Salary is up to £26,500.00 with 20 days annual leave (+ bank Holidays)
