Credit & Risk Manager required for an exciting permanent opportunity working within a market leading business based in Warwickshire. You will be responsible for taking ownership of the credit control function and will be tasked with delivering process improvements to maximise results. Your key duties will include managing a team of Credit Controllers, assessing credit risk, implementing process improvements and driving productivity during this exciting period of growth.
You will be experienced in improving processes and procedures whilst motivating and managing a team. Excellent communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of managing a multi-million pound credit control function is essential for the role.
