Credit Supervisor/Manager job in Milton Keynes working for a growing business, £30-33,000 + benefits

Your new role
As the number one in Credit, you will be leading, coaching and motivating a team of 3, as well as being responsible for your own ledger of key accounts. The role covers all aspects of the credit cycle and you will be reporting to the Financial Director and supporting them with cash-flow reporting, calculations of provisions and monthly reconciliations. You will also be supporting finance and operational staff with ad hoc finance and sales reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record within credit control, cashflow reporting and will have existing staff supervisory experience. A "hands on" approach is essential, along with excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills. You will also be able to work under pressure and deal with changing priorities and tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive demeanour. This role will suit someone who has had exposure with the wider finance acumen.
