Credit Control Manager- Central Derby- up to £26,000 depending on experience.
Your new company
You will be working for an established, successful solicitors firm based in Derby city centre. Due to continued growth, they're looking to expand their credit control team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an outbound call team operating a call system to collect payments of overdue invoices. You will be responsible for setting targets, performance management and compliance, whilst ensuring the efficient use of the dialler system. You will lead and develop bespoke collection strategies, coach, train and develop team members.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need have previous experience as a Credit Control Manager/ Collections Manager, preferably in a call centre environment. You will have dialler system experience, solid computer skills with a good understanding of data management and statistics. You will need to have a positive approach to work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act with integrity and trust.
