Credit Manager (Collection)
A demanding but rewarding opportunity has arisen for an energetic and enthusiastic Credit Manager for our busy and successful Collections Team.
You will lead the team in achieving strong cash collection results including DSO and query resolution, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service to aid our sales growth.
You will be a confident and assertive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritise while under pressure.
As a Credit Manager you will lead by example, managing your own portfolio of customers, thriving in a fast paced environment. You will need to be able to manage conflict, objectively resolve disputes and be accountable for yourself and the team’s performance. You will have a proven track record on the development of people and processes.
Reporting to the Head of Credit (UK & Ireland), you will have a quality management approach to ensure procedure compliance whilst driving team efficiency. You will be required to manage a monthly collection forecast together with the team and produce reports for analysis.
