The suitable applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day technical and claims performance, activities and guidance of their team members. The team leaders set targets, implements guidelines, and assists with any issues the employees may have.
Alongside standard managerial duties the successful applicant will also deal with a small portfolio of claims.
Key duties and Responsibilities
- Set individual and team goals or objectives to ensure the team meets the expectations of clients, business partners and the business.
- Supervise, train or guide team members to ensure team members achieve individual and business targets.
- Mediate any interpersonal issues whilst inspiring and motivating team members through providing effective feedback to create individual learning plans.
