The Credit Hire team in Merseyside deals with a myriad of Hire matters, from pre-litigated to litigated complex cases, with each fee earner handling their caseload with complete autonomy. Your new role will see you responsible for your own manageable sized caseload of predominantly litigated Credit Hire matters, which you will see through from instruction to completion.
You will have a minimum of 6-12 months Credit Hire experience and it is essential that you have had exposure to dealing with litigated Credit Hire cases.
There are real opportunities for progression into a team leader or supervisor role in the longer term as they have an active internal promotion system which is firm wide.
