We are partnering with an reputable Insurance Claims Management provider who are a leader in their area and offer a bespoke service tailored to their client’s needs.

With a rapidly growing client portfolio my client plans to grow their claims handling capacity across all divisions (currently Commercial/Household & Motor claims). Within the last 3 years they have doubled in size and plan to do this again. With a emphasis on nurturing talent from within through progression this opportunity is not to be missed with realistic opportunities in place for someone to progress into team manager positions.

They therefore now require additional claims handlers with Credit Hire experience to allow themselves to keep up growth plans of their claims function.

The Opportunity

You will manage your own claims caseload from start to finish, ensuring efficient case settlement is agreed through negotiation. You will manage all aspects of third party vehicle damage and third party property damage claims presented by a third party, handling all aspects of credit hire claims as a Non ABI GTA Insurer. Review case history on file assignments while liaising with other departments as required to establish where liability for the accident rests and investigate the validity of third party claims.

This is a fast-paced role and you must able to demonstrate empathy with your clients to handle their claims.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Over 3 years credit hire claims handling experience with at least 5 years in a motor claims related role
  • Knowledge of the ABI GTA and how to deal with credit hire claims outside of the GTA guidelines
  • Good knowledge of credit hire caselaw and its application in the day to day handling of credit hire claims
