Halo Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Claims Management provider based in East London, Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

My client is looking for another experienced claims handler to come on board due to a huge increase in workload they are looking to appoint someone as soon as possible.

You will be working within a vibrant team and act as the first point of contact for clients some of whom have been involved in a RTA. You will be confident in recovering credit hire invoices and liasing with solicitors and other third parties invloved. My client needs someone fully committed and reliable for their team.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience with RTA and Credit Hire (1 Year Credit Hire)

- Manage the claim from start through to settlement

- Make decisions on extent and validility of the claim

- Confident in negotiating with third parties

- Confident in checking for fraudulent behaviour

- Be understanding of the sensitivity of customers personal documentation and information
