My highly successful and growing legal Client are now seeking a full time First Response Administrator to join their team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and experience in a challenging role.

Duties and responsibilities

• Take initial instructions
• Explain the process & funding arrangements for claims
• Keep First Response Unit task list up-to-date
• Take enquiry calls from clients on files yet to be allocated to a claim handler
• Maintaining high standards of Client care at all times
• Schedule telephone conferences with Client / Witnesses
• Contact new clients and introduce the firm
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to speak to clients / other employees confidently

Skills and Attributes

• Previous experience of providing support and advice within a generalist claims administration role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiating skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
• Able to adapt quickly to change
