The role is to maintain the sales ledger, primarily liaising with clients to resolve any queries quickly and ensure payment is received within agreed terms. The candidate will need to be a confident communicator who can chase overdue invoices by telephone, email and letter, whilst liaising with management to keep them informed of any payment issues.
• Accounts/credit control background
• Fully competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient at wording emails in a professional manner and insuring that all client requests are fulfilled and answered in a timely manner
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £19,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience. You will received 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday – free gym membership and other great benefits! This position is based in Callington and access to transport will be required. Free on site parking available.
