Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Credit Controller on behalf of a market leading retail business based in Sheffield.
This UK market leading Retailer has over seventy years industry experience, they are growing rapidly and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Credit Controller to join their successful Finance team based in Sheffield. This is a stand alone position managing all the Credit Control on behalf of the business.
The successful Credit Controller will work in a stand alone position and will report directly into the Head of Finance.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; opening and vetting new accounts, managing a ledger of approx. 1000 live accounts, reconciling accounts, allocating cash, chasing overdue payments via telephone and email, resolving queries in a timely manner and escalating when required, producing debtor reports to Senior Management and other ad hoc duties when required.
The successful Credit Controller will have:
- A background in Credit Control - Essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- A commercial approach to work
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (one hour lunch) + 20 days annual leave and 8 statutory holidays + free parking on site + company pension scheme
