Based in Huntingdon, our client is a leading organisation who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the Credit Manager you will work alongside a well-established finance team and take responsibility for the credit control tasks. Duties will include but are not limited to; matching customer invoices to payments received, create daily bank balances and cash movement reports, dealing with customer and client queries, bank reconciliation, calculate and process currency exchange transactions, chase payment via telephone and email and all associated credit management duties.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is suited to a credit controller/accounts assistant who is happy to take ownership of the credit control tasks. This role will also suit a self-motivated candidate with a grounding in credit control who is willing to learn and work hard. You will have previous experience with a range of IT Systems, you must be able to work independently and with initiative as you will be responsible for your own workload.
