Working for a successful and expanding national organisation in the West Hull area within a growing and proactive finance team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for running the credit control function for the business including:

Contacting customers via email and telephone to chase outstanding payments for invoices
Working to the companies agreed payment terms to minimise risk and bad debt
Sending out statements of account, reminder letters and general credit correspondence
Process new account requests and monitoring customers credit terms
Identifying and escalating bad or aged debt
Reporting AR figures and data to management accounts

This is a highly responsible role managing and ensuring payments coming into the business.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have recent and relevant credit control experience at a senior level coupled with strong customer service and communication skills - ideally suited to a credit control environment.
