We are recruiting for a temporary Data Entry Clerk working for a global electronics organisation. This will be a rolling ongoing contract on a weekly basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9-5:30 with some flexibility on this.

The main duties of the position will include;

  • Checking and processing customer rebate claims
  • Matching credit with documents
  • Accepting or rejecting customer rebate claims
  • Liaising with internal departments and external customers
  • Administrative duties

The right candidate must have an interest in numbers and fantastic attention to detail. Good IT skills and at least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The candidate needs to have an ability to communicate effectively and have excellent attention to detail.
