Leicestershire based organisation looking to recruit a credit controller on a temporary basis
Your new company
You will be working for an SME business who have a small finance team. This team need a Credit Controller to work solely within the team. This business take pride in the products and services they provide to the public and need someone to come in and work to their brand standards. This organisation provides free parking on site and also flexible working hours
Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to. You will be expected to monitor the debt on the ledger, making sure customers do not reach their limit. You will need to be able to chase debt via email and telephone, with the aim of also building rapport with customers. It is also beneficial if you have a good understanding and can put into process direct debit processes. You may also be expected to set up payment plan and monitor individual credit records.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed at this role, you will need to have had experience working as a Credit Controller previously. You will need to feel confident in completing the tasks stated above, and be able to commit to the full length of the role. It would also be advantageous if you have used Sage Line 50 before as this is the main system in place.
What you'll get in return
In return for this, you will receive a rate of pay between £11.00 and £12.00 per hour depending on your level of experience.
