The key purpose of the position is to ensure that key customers settle their account balances within their agreed credit limits, ensuring any issues that may affect the customer's ability to settle their accounts are resolved within a timely and efficient manner.
Applicants for the position will possess excellent credit control experience gained ideally from working in a small to medium and will be able to deliver outstanding customer service. Knowledge of Sage systems will also be preferred, although not essential.
