CREDIT CONTROLLER (FULL-TIME)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Triton Showers Customer Service department as a Credit Controller, based at our offices in Nuneaton.
As the UK’s market and brand leader in showers, Triton continues to grow and is therefore looking for an experienced Credit Controller, who is enthusiastic and adaptable to join the Customer Service Team.
The ability to work to strict deadlines in a very busy environment is a definite advantage, so we believe this position is likely to suit someone who is confident and looking for a new challenge.
The Key responsibilities of the role are:
Action all communication including telephone calls and all letters received by email, by post or by fax according to set procedures.
Ensure all reports are completed according to procedures.
Handle, control and input all warranty correspondence, ensuring mailings and polices are issued in a timely manner.
Development of new ideas to improve registration response, revenue performance, debt chasing,
Ensure outstanding invoices are chased by letter, text, email and telephone in accordance with (IAW) current procedures.
Maintain the percentage of invoices settled against the number as per targets
Ensure all cheques, credit cards, BACS and Engineer field card payments are processed in time specified
Maintain the Service ledger.
The successful candidate will need to have:
Credit Control experience, ideally ICM approved qualification
Excellent knowledge of computer software
Good communication and organisational skills
Good telephone manner
The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
The working week will be 35¼ hours based on 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.00 pm on Fridays.
