As a shared service center for LJA Miers & Co, Miers Construction Products & Kestral Construction Products, this role will be working as part of the finance team as credit controller. Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm 37.5 hours.
- Daily invoice procedure, including printing, enveloping and franking post.
- Daily banking including cheques and bacs allocating on SAP.
- Processing new account requests, credit checking, requesting debtors insurance.
- Telephoning customers to chase overdue accounts, bad debt reporting.
- Dealing with self-billing customers.
- Sales day book, debtor’s reconciliation.
- Statement runs.
- Resolving queries, issuing credit notes, requesting POD’s.
- Undertake any other reasonable requests or duties as required within the finance team.

- Calm under pressure, when dealing with strict deadlines.
- Admin and computer skills.
Minimum Experience required
Previous office experience essential.
Credit control experience preferred.
