This public sector company is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their driven finance team.
Your new company
Your new company, located on the outskirts of Wigan is looking for a experienced Credit Controller to support them through a period of transition. They are a well known and highly regarded company who pride themselves on the services they provide.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your role will be predominately focused around credit control and sales ledger. Your main duties will be focused around reducing aged debt and ensuring that payments are made inline with agreed payment plans. The role will also involve other aspects of an accounts assistant role such as managing petty cash transactions, daily reconciling and to post/record all direct debits and receipts from bank statements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this application you will be a motivated and driven individual and must have previous experience in a similar role and have good customer service skills and an approachable manner. Due to the urgency of the role, you must also be available to start work immediately or within a week.
What you'll get in return
You'll get an hourly rate of £10.00 and free onsite parking. The office is modern and spacious is easily accessible by public transport.
