Your new role
In this job you will be working as part of a small and busy credit control team to manage a ledger of c.600 live UK accounts who you will build strong relationships with, to ensure the business continues to run a smooth credit function which provides timely cash-flow for the wider function. Many of these clients have worked in partnership for a number of years, and over the years they have built up bespoke expectations of the way in which the business is invoiced and managed.
Managing the invoices of clients which can be worth £1000 - £200,000 this will be a varied role which each account requires a personalised approach.
What you'll need to succeed
You future employer is looking for someone who is pro-active in managing their client accounts, resolving issues before they come up, and building strong relationships with both your clients, but also internal stakeholders to ensure that you are able to resolve issues before they arise.
