I am recruiting on behalf of my successful client based in Yeovil, the role will be working within the finance team as a credit controller. This position is full time work Monday to Friday.
** Checking customer's credit ratings with banks
** Deciding whether or not to offer the credit
** Dealing with internal queries about payments
** Ensuring customers pay on time
** Negotiating re-payment plans
** Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries
** highly organised, methodical possessing excellent attention to detail
** Resilient, ability to handle difficult situations with excellent problem solving skills
** Computer literate
