Credit Controller

This large respected firm with a recognisable brand name based in the Dover area is seeking a Credit Controller for a temporary 4 week sickness cover. 

The role involves a variety of tasks including;

  • Maintain the input of suppliers invoices to the accounts payable system
  • Verification of computer output relative to payment of suppliers
  • Matching of invoices to receipted orders, preparation of those documents for payment
  • Registering and dispatch of invoices for authorisation
  • Liaison between departments and suppliers
  • Recording details of periodic payments
  • Processing of certain staff expense claims in accordance with set timetables
  • Dealing with suppliers queries and statements
  • Assistance as required with miscellaneous office duties


Due to the nature of the vacancy you must have demonstrable prior experience within a similar role. The role is due to commence immediately and as such, you must be immediately available
