Credit Controller

My well established, highly successful client in the Windermere area, are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. In return, the client is offering a generous benefits package a friendly and supportive working environment. 

Working alongside the finance team, the successful candidate will be reporting to the finance manager and undertaking the following roles and responsibilities: 

- Responsible for the management and control of in excess of 700 active accounts
-Chasing cash, credit card, debit card, BACS and cheque payments in line with payment schedules, via telephone, email and letter 
- Creating and agreeing payment plans in line with company policy 
- Building and developing strong business relationships with clients, providing a high level of customer service in order to keep bad debt to a minimum

The successful candidate will have strong relationship building and customer service skills, and will be highly organised in order to manage all accounts.
