Fast growing Healthcare Recruitment Company based in the Loughton area is looking for an expereinced Credit Controller to join their busy team.
Reporting to the Credit Manager in a team of 8 duties will include:
- High volume debt chasing to a large and varied portfolio of clients
- Using various client portals and systems to invoice and debt chase (i.e. the NHS system)
- Also chasing via the traditional methods of telephone and email
- Actively working to reduce DSO
- Credit checking
- Negotiating payment terms
- Cash allocation
- Debt reporting
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Solid Credit Control experience from a large fast-paced team essential
- Experience of chasing debt from the NHS would be highly beneficial but not essential
- Experience of debt chasing using client portal systems would be highly useful but not essential
- The successful candidate must be calm under pressure and demonstrate a methodical and adaptable approach to work.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate quality relationship building experience (both internal and external)
- Candidates must be a team player and must be prepared to work hard and go the extra mile when required.
