12 month contract for a Credit Controller based in Chester.
This business are a world leader with a great reputation within the UK. After recently launching a product to a brand new market it's a company the will see growth over the next 5 years. This role will be based full time in Chester.
This Credit Controller role is a full business to business ledger management opportunity to work within a large head office, the role will be part of an experienced team and cover a maternity for 12 months.
- Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email and letter within agreed timescales
- Identify queries on the accounts and liaise with internal departments and the customer to resolve efficiently
- Set, monitor and maintain the credit limit for customers accounts
- Opening new accounts
Reconcile customer's accounts on a monthly basis.
Produce reports for colleagues and Manager on a regular basis.
Sales ledger for shipping and transport costs
Cross train into accounts payable and assistant accountant
The successful credit controller candidate will require the following skills:
Experience with business credit control
Excellent systems skills
Excellent customer service and key account handling ability
Able to confidently discuss overdue payments
Comfortable working towards set KPIs
The Credit Control role will offer the successful applicant:
