Credit Controller - Swiss Watch Brand

Haydn Daniels is recruiting for a leading Swiss watch maker within the credit control department. The position is a 12 month fixed term contract - maternity cover. The office is based in South West London offering you great experience within a household name.


  • Collecting overdue debt
  • Weekly bank reconciliation for multi-currencies
  • Chasing up and resolving debit notes
  • Raising credit notes and re-invoicing
  • Posting journals
  • General administration
  • Dealing with customer queries quickly and accurately
  • Update customer files to ensure consistent and accurate information
  • Uploading Direct Debit Batches daily and sending out remittance advices
  • Daily invoice/credit despatch and invoice uploads


  • Some understanding of double-entry book-keeping
  • Multi-currency experience
  • Microsoft Navision experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience within EMEA or USA
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
