Credit Controller / Sales Ledger

My client is looking to recruit a credit controller / sales ledger clerk to join their finance team. Working in a sole charge role you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt payment of invoices. Managing high value, key accounts this role requires excellent organisation and query resolution skills.

You will be a confident self-starter who can liaise effectively with customers and internal parties to ensure payment terms are met.

Key duties:

  • Contacting customers by telephone regarding outstanding payments
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Cash allocation
  • Setting up and maintaining customer information
  • Producing reports on Excel

This role would suit a credit controller / sales ledger clerk who enjoys taking ownership and managing their own ledger. It would also suit an experienced finance administrator with excellent customer service skills.
