Credit Controller permanent job for a superb company in Eastleigh, working in a great team, £19-22,000
Your new company:
You will be working for a well established, highly successful, privately owned company, based in a friendly, open plan office in Eastleigh. The company are a family run business who are very customer focused and you will be working in the credit team; reporting into the Credit Manager, liaising with sales, operations and customers on a daily basis.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for your own ledger of approx 500-700 UK clients (from sole traders through to key accounts) and the role will mainly involve pro-actively resolving queries to enable prompt payment eg. delivery shortages, pricing, PO numbers, POD issues etc. You will also be chasing late payments, sending copy invoices & statements, allocating payments and legal prep work as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years previous sales ledger or credit control experience gained within a business to business environment, with a proven ability to solve problem and resolve queries. You will be a personable, professional team player, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
