Credit Controller - Part Time

JOB TITLE: Credit Controller - Part Time, 27 hours per week

REPORTING TO: Credit Control Manager




A newly created part time opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Controller to join a leading fund administrator central London. They offer an exciting position with the opportunity to learn and progress within the company.

This role will suit someone who has significant credit controller experience but who is now looking for a new challenge where they can transfer their skills but also learn something new.



  • Shared collection of client debt
  • Reconciliation of outstanding debt
  • Weekly reconciliation of bank statements and cash book entries
  • Maintain excellent client and internal relationships
  • Relationship building and negotiating, initiative to drive action from others
  • Review Network member statements against balances recorded within the Bridge platform
  • Investigate, record and resolve any discrepancies
  • Obtain confirmation of the settlement balance with the Network Member, Client, Parent Companies
  • Discuss issues with clients, reason for debt, possible escalation with both our / their management
  • Participate in the improving and maintaining a settlement tracker
  • Work closely with Finance team to escalate settlement delays, as necessary


* Previous credit control experience (with high volumes)

* Successful track record of cash collections

* Ability to work with different levels and teams within the business

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously

* Experience working to tight deadlines and targets

* Demonstrable problem solving skills, and ability to use own initiative to suggest solutions

* Strong organisational and time management skills

Salary: £30000 pro rata
