A leading international company in South Gloucestershire are looking for a French speaking credit controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a market leading company at an exciting time of change and growth.
This role would also suit someone currently studying CICM and looking for a position offering genuine opportunity for career progression in an impressive and ever-expanding business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing the Aged Debt Report
- Resolving high value deductions and disputes
- Building relationships with customers and liaising with account managers
- Making sure all payments via draft, cheque or transfer are completed for the correct account
- Producing statements and matching invoices
- Resolving any rebates queries
- Responding to customer enquiries
Your skills and experience should include:
The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running and who is competent working in a fast-paced environment. You may be a graduate looking to continue to progress your career but previous experience in Credit Control is essential. Knowledge of SAP is also advantageous.
