A great opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller and Purchase Ledger Clerk in Guildford. This is a temporary 4 week role that needs an immediate start. The working hours will be 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The business is not central to the town so free parking will be available for you onsite. You will be working on Sage 50 so prior use is required. This role will pay between £11.50 and £13ph dependant on experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a short term role or looking to update their experience in the area of credit control or purchase ledger.

The Company
You will be working for a well-established company with 30 years in the design and construction industry.

The Role
You will be working within a small team of 3 to run both the credit control and purchase ledger function of the accounts department. Within the purchase ledger area of the role you will be matching, batching and coding low level invoices. As you will be the only person controlling this ledger it is key you have worked in a similar role previously. The credit controller aspect of the position will include recovering outstanding balances from the debtor book. The main system used will be Sage 50 so prior use of the system will key.

• Previous purchase ledger and credit control experience
• Prior use of Sage 50
