Credit Control Team Leader

My successful client based just outside Dover is looking to bring in a Credit Controller Team Leader into their expanding accounts team to be a part of the next phase of development. This role will involve maintaining controlling and continually improving all aspects of the credit control function.

Reporting to the Finance Director and supervising junior member of staff, you will be expected to chase payments via telephone, letter and email, account reconciliations, aged debtors analysis, opening new accounts and reporting to directors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within high volume credit control, be able to manage their own workload, prioritise and work well under pressure. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build professional relationships are essential and someone who pays attention detail is also important to my client. It is imperative that you have strong IT skills
