We have an exciting opportunity to join the team inMilton Keynes as a Credit Control Supervisor, reporting into the Director ofFinance and responsible for the supervision and development of the creditcontrol team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in ahighly operational capacity; maintaining your own portfolio of clients andsupporting the team on more complex queries, together with the leadership responsibilities.
You will need a proven track record of leading anddeveloping a credit control team, the drive and commitment to achieve demandingtargets and a pro-active, hand on attitude to problem solving.
Highly numerate, with a strong attention to detailand highly numerate, you will be organised and able to prioritise yourworkload.
Strong communication skills and the ability todevelop solid relationships both internally and with your external clients arekey attributes required to succeed in this position.
Intermediate Excel skills and previous experienceof working with a credit management system are essential, and a Diploma inCredit Management highly desirable. If your background includes broader financeknowledge that would be a bonus!
