Credit Control - Part Time

Our Swindon based client is looking for ill a 2x to 3x week sickness cover role - part time 25x hours per week - days to suit candidate. Core hours 08:30 till 5.30pm Monday to Friday

The role:

  • Checking customer's credit ratings with banks
  • Dealing with internal queries about payments
  • Ensuring customers pay on time
  • Negotiating re-payment plans
  • Calling and emailing clients
  • Updating client records

Must have:

  • Excellent Credit Control Experience
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Sound decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good IT skills
