Credit Manager - Newcastle
Your new company
A well known business based in Newcastle are looking to recruit a full time permanent Credit Manager, to manage, train and develop a small team, to ensure bad debt is minimised while engaging and leading them to deliver a consistently high level of service with timely delivery of day to day duties.
Your new role
As the Credit Manager, you will oversee the debtor ledger, ensuring all processes are delivered to the agreed SLAs. Working closely with other internal departments to deliver outstanding performance and service to customers and look for process improvements. You will be required to provide various reports for internal and external staff. Along with setting KPI's and implementing effective training which develops and motivates the team. You will also provide 121's and quarterly performance reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in end to end credit control, in addition to people management skills. You will have worked in a fast paced, high volume environment and be extremely good at multi-tasking, working to deadlines and proficient computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
