Our client is an international travel company.
They are currently recruiting for a Finnish speaking administrator to join the multilingual credit control team.
Ideally, you will already have experience of credit control but, if you are experienced at telephone-based customer service and are numerate, you may fit this vacancy.
a) To contact members & affiliates to collect outstanding fees
b) Resolve member and affiliate issues where possible or pass issues to correct department for resolution
c) To assist the credit controllers working in the Call Centre with queries in order to aid debt collection and ensure best practice is adhered to.
d) To work alongside the Credit Control Team Lead to ensure all invoices and dunning letters are sent out timely and accurately.
e) To support the Credit Control processes relating to the business
f) Make recommendations for improvements in collection process where required
g) Any other ad hoc role as required by Credit Control Team Lead.
The ideal candidate will have:
12 months Credit Control experience
Fluent in English and Finnish
Professional telephone manner
Good communication skills
