Credit Control Clerk

I am seeking an immediately available credit control clerk for January 2018 start; you will be supporting a large Credit Control team who working with a business to business environment. You will take on the responsibility of a large portfolio of customers to ensure all debt collected, that queries are resolved quickly and customer SLA’s are met.

Other key tasks include;

Liaise with sales and operations teams in regards to payments outstanding

Manage cash allocations

Negotiate payment terms

Working quickly to resolve queries

Process payments

We are seeking someone who can work within a high volume team, previous experience within a credit control or sales ledger position. Strong Excel and knowledge of accounting systems, strong communication skills, strong telephone manner, ability to work to strict financial deadlines and can work on your own initiative. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6 months.
