Our client are recruiting for a Credit Controller on temporary basis offering between £9 - £11 per hour based in Corby with the opportunity to go permanent.
To be considering for this Credit Control job in Corby, you must have previous experience in a Credit Control or collections job, keeping in mind this is a customer-facing environment and you must be able to display excellent customer service regardless of the situation. You must be enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile.
Day to day as a Credit Controller, you will be tracking and collecting unpaid invoices and outstanding monies from a number of live accounts and customers. You will hopefully be taking the majority of payments over the phone by credit or debit card, however you will also be using emails and letters, should phone contact be unsuccessful. Reporting into a Credit Manager, you may also be assisting with payment plans or suggesting legal actions to be taken.
