Our client is an established reputable provider in their field and are recognised nationally.
Due to expansion they are looking for a Credit Control Administrator who will be responsible for the following:
- Chasing debt on behalf of another arm of the business.
- Contact customers to arrange and take payments.
- Correspond with customers via email and provide statements and invoices as requested.
- Updating of business systems.
This is not a heavy demanding role but it does require someone with good customer service and relationship building skills. You are working with a supportive team within a company who are known for looking after their staff and offer progression opportunities.
Previous credit control/debt management experience would be an advantage but not essential.
