MacKenzie King is delighted to be recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator on behalf of a successful and dynamic business based in Basildon. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and have previous experience within credit control and sales ledger. Experience with Access Accounting would be advantageous.
Duties will include:
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Maximising cashflow and minimising bad debts
- Maintenance of the sales ledger database
- Resolution of all queries in relation to invoices to ensure that there is no debt aged greater than 3 months
- Reconcile accounts
- Creating accounts for new customers
The ideal candidate must have experience within a similar function, an excellent telephone manner and can work towards targets.
