Credit Control Administrator (4-month contract)

Kaplan International English is looking for a temp Credit Control Administrator with immediate availability to join its team for 4 months. We're an international education business in West Kensington, based in stunning offices, very close to West Ken and Earl's Court stations and Olympia. The team is friendly and the environment is sociable and highly international, with staff from more than 30 countries.

You'll be supporting the credit control function, helping out with administration including payment allocations, placing notes onto our booking system about payments and providing assistance to the cashier. You may also be asked to handle some small accounts including chasing for payment and resolving queries. However, the focus of the role is not collection but support with matching and updating.

You'll need to have some experience of working in a finance team and basic understanding of debits and credits and accounting principles and be able to use Excel to an intermediate level including VLookups and pivot tables.

The role is required for 4 months to provide maternity cover. However, there is the possibility that the role could lead to a permanent role.
