An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Credit Control department of a long-established and renowned organisation based in Guildford.

The team is about to enter a busy period and needs an additional resource to help keep on top of their workload.

Personality and mindset are more important than experience as full training will be provided.

This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start, which is expected to last until the end of September 2018.

£11 per hour / 35 hours per week.

Onsite parking is available.

The Company

A prominent establishment providing specialist services to the local area. Situated on the outskirts of Guildford in idyllic and beautiful surrounds.

The Role

Working as part of a vibrant, sociable team, you will assist with collecting monies owed and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. As your main responsibility is to cover the phones, clear communication and a polite, confident telephone manner are essential.

Minimum Requirements

- Credit Control/Customer Service/Admin experience (all levels considered)
- First rate interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- IT literate, including proficiency in Excel, Word and accounting software
- Quick and keen to learn new systems and processes
